Complete Bundle
Our three core plans for £39, saving £28 on buying them separately.
Four plans of 10 to 12 weeks · Beginner to intermediate · PDF download
Who it’s for
The Complete Bundle is for home rowers who want more than one goal in hand. It makes the most sense if you’re starting out and plan to keep going after your first 12 weeks, or if you want to train for a 2k, 5k and 10k over the next year or so.
Bought separately, the three products cost £67. The bundle is £39, which saves you £28.
Who it isn’t for
If you have one clear goal, buy that plan on its own. An experienced rower won’t need the beginner plan, and a true beginner won’t be ready for the 2k Erg Programme or the 10k plan for some time. The price only makes sense if you expect to use most of what’s included.
How it’s structured
You get four training plans across three products:
- 12-Week Beginner to Fit: from your first session to 30 minutes continuous, a 5k benchmark and a first 2k, with a technique focus each week.
- 10-week 5k plan: four sessions a week, from a baseline 5k to a final 5k.
- 12-week 10k plan: four sessions a week, with a long row building to 75 minutes.
- 2k Erg Programme: 12 weeks of base, build, peak and taper, with optional strength and a test-day pacing plan.
The plans are separate and each one stands on its own, so run them one at a time. Between plans, take at least a few easy days.
What a typical week looks like
That depends on the plan you’re on. The beginner plan has three sessions a week for most of its length, starting with short pieces and lots of rest. The other plans have four erg sessions: two harder sessions, an easy steady row and a long steady row. Every session has a target for pace, rate or effort, or a combination of these.
What’s included
- 2k Erg Programme: 12 weeks, normally £19
- 12-Week Beginner to Fit: 12 weeks, normally £29
- 5k/10k Endurance Plans: 10-week 5k and 12-week 10k, normally £19
- Each product as its own PDF, complete and usable on its own
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Concept2?
No, but the drag factor guidance refers to the PM5. Any rower with a pace and rate display will work. Keep the setting fixed and test on the same machine.
Do I get lifetime access?
Yes. They are PDF downloads, so they're yours to keep and use as often as you like.
What's the refund policy?
If it isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you. Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
What order should I do the plans in?
If you're new to rowing, start with 12-Week Beginner to Fit, then do the 5k plan, then the 10k plan or the 2k Erg Programme. If you can already row 30 to 40 minutes, start with whichever goal suits you.
How much do I save?
The three products cost £67 bought separately. The bundle is £39, so you save £28.
